Hi, I’m Andrea Pereira
I am an Advisor, Coach, Facilitator, and Mentor with over 34 years of experience in leadership, human development, and organizational transformation.
My Journey
My professional journey was built within the Coca-Cola System, where I spent more than 27 years in senior leadership roles. During this time, I served as General Manager and Vice President of Emerging Beverages in Mexico, Chair of the Board of Jugos del Valle/Santa Clara, and Board Member at Coca-Cola Solar Brasil. I had the opportunity to lead complex transformations, navigate multicultural environments, and deliver consistent results through times of growth and transition.
Since 2019, I’ve more fully aligned my professional path with a deeper calling: contributing to a world where leadership is grounded in purpose, empathy, and regeneration. My work has focused on transformational processes that foster human development, systemic change, and meaningful impact.
What I Do Today
Today, I support personal growth and shared transformation, expanding access to the power of peer learning and collective intelligence. My work blends the science of human behavior with the art of connection—creating experiences that are both structured and deeply human.
I channel this work through three main avenues:
- Designing and facilitating transformative experiences for individuals, teams, and communities.
- Advising organizations and boards seeking cultural alignment, regenerative leadership, and meaningful impact
- Collaborating on purpose-driven initiatives that advance education, emotional intelligence, and systemic change

Community & Leadership
Within YPO, I am a member of the North Star Integrated and Portugal Chapters and have served both chapters in different capacities (Forum Officer, Membership Officer, Impact Officer, Athena Champion and Assistant Learning Officer). I regularly lead global workshops on impact, purpose, and the power of listening in peer groups.
I am a proud member of AngelUS, a female-led collective advancing women in leadership, and an active participant in the Virtual Advisory Board (VAB) community.
Beyond Work
I’m the mother of two extraordinary young women, Anna (26) and Gabriela (21), with whom I share a deep love for culture, travel, nature, the arts, diversity, and sustainability – values that continue to shape my life and work every day.
